Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP provides a set of techniques and processes that allows an individual to structure their thoughts which directly affect their behaviour. It allows a person to take control of their physical, emotional and mental resources and create positive outcomes.

‘Neuro’ means that our brain and nervous system are linked. This includes our senses: hearing, seeing, feeling, tasting and smelling. ‘Linguistic’ refers to the language that we use to define ourselves and our world. Programming means our thoughts, feelings and actions (which are repetitive programs). If these are negative, they can then be changed.

Who chooses NLP?

At our Health Centre in Lewes, we welcome enquiries about NLP from people in all walks of life. We have clients from Brighton, Hove, Haywards Heath, Uckfield, Eastbourne and throughout the East Sussex area. Wherever you are from, you'll be made welcome.
