How to find us

Equilibrium Health Centre is situated at the bottom end of
Station Street, less than 2 mins walk from Lewes Railway Station – turn right out of the station, walk over the railway bridge and the entrance is via the alleyway just before Bruditz chocolate shop, which is the first shop on your left up the hill (opposite the Garden Room Cafe).
The alleyway is also directly opposite 'Delish Catering'.

By train

There are frequent direct trains from Brighton (12-15mins) and Falmer (8mins), every 15 mins.
Direct trains from Haywards Heath (20mins), Gatwick (30mins) and London Victoria (65mins)

By Bus

Buses stop within 30 metres of the clinic entrance, on Station Street.

Buses 25 (from Alfriston), 123 (Peacehaven), 127 (Landport), 128 (Lewes town) and WWS stop in Station Street.
Other bus services stopping locally include 121 (from Newick), 125 (Barcombe), 129 (Uckfield),
143 (Eastbourne, 166 (Haywards Heath) and 824 (Burgess Hill).

By car

Lewes is appx. 8 miles east of Brighton. Take the Lewes Rd from Brighton, then follow the A27 - it's well signposted.

Metered parking is available in Lewes – the nearest parking bays are in St Andrew’s
Lane and Watergate Lane (both parallel with Station St) or Southover Road (at the
bottom end of Station St), all between 60p and £2.00 per hour. There are also
nearby car parks in Mountfield Rd and Pinwell Rd from £3.00 per day.
