Psychotherapy
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is the treatment of problems using your mind to work for you rather than against you. This is achieved by changing mental attitudes and beliefs to allow for a more expanded understanding of the world in which you live.
Psychotherapy combines a multitude of psychological theories. Some psychotherapists restrict their practice to one of these theories. Our belief is that the therapy is designed to meet your needs rather than expecting you to fit a psychological theory or condition.
Can I benefit from psychotherapy?
It is first necessary to acknowledge that there is an area of your life that you need and want help with. Much communication in life today is very negative. Working towards a more positive life is just one of the benefits.
