Against the backdrop of modern society where stress and superficiality
thrive, the practice of Yoga provides some brief sanity, enabling us
to enjoy the experience of aligning our body through releasing postures which
give us a deeper experience of our self, gaining calmness, focus and a sense
of inner spaciousness to take back our lives.
We run Monday evening courses in Scaravelli Yoga (6.30-7.45pm and 8.00-9.00pm) and specialist Ante-Natal Yoga classes on Thursday evenings (5.45-7.15pm). And Lexy will shortly be announcing a Daytime Yoga class suitable for all levels - so there's a class for everyone!

What should I wear?
You need to feel comfortable. Loose cotton clothing is best, and you'll need to be warm enough in winter, cool enough in summer. Layers that you can add or remove are ideal. Please bring a blanket for the relaxation period at the end of your class.

How much does Yoga cost?
Appx £8
per hour in a class, £40.00 per hour for private tuition.
Private lessons:
At
your home or at our centre, Yoga tuition from £40.00 per hour - book
with a friend if you wish, for only £10 extra. Please enquire for availability.

These ante-natal classes are designed to help with everything you need to know before baby arrives, as well as to help prepare your body for the great event.
Classes continue all year round, with occasional breaks to coincide with the school terms. Students are welcome to carry on until their 39th week.

Ante-Natal

the course we will gladly refund the remainder of your course fee on a pro-rata

The small print
Cancellations policy: In the unlikely event that we may have to cancel a course for whatever reason, a full refund will be paid immediately.
For
cancellations by you with more than 14 days notice (before your course start
date), a full refund will be made (less £5 admin charge).
With less than 14 days notice, refunds can be made only at the discretion
of the tutor and provided there is a waiting list student able to take up
the vacated place. Please note no refunds can be made after the start of your
course.
