What should I wear?
You need to feel
comfortable. Loose cotton clothing is best, and you'll need to be warm enough
in winter, cool enough in summer. Layers that you can add or remove are ideal.
Please bring a blanket for the relaxation period at the end of your class.
Where can I get a mat?
Yoga mats are available from Equilibrium, 16 Station St, Lewes during normal office hours at just £18.95 each. If you are enrolled on an Equilibrium Yoga course, then you also receive £2.00 discount, making these excellent mats even better value!
New yoga mats take time to wear in. The more you use your mat, the more non-slip it becomes. The best way to wear in your mat is to do lots of yoga practice!
is machine washable: simply use a little mild detergent and a cool wash cycle
